Bad service
It was not so good, they claimed I changed my booking from Friday to Saturday, which I did not do... I sent email to clarify that but they did not respond till I got to the venue on Friday and no one was there, when the male owner eventually answered he said he was in joburg and there is no one at the lodge as they were not expecting me because "I changed my booking" so I had to find alternative place to sleep for the Friday and came back to check in Saturday, I was already upset and my trip was ruined I didn't even sleep nor stay there for that Saturday even because of this Inconvenience and "confusion" as they put it on email...If they insist that I "changed" my booking let them show me that proof.
