Tye bedding was dirty,we went down to get new bedding. One of tge mattress when laying on it you would get wet from luquid leaking up thriugh the mattress. The shower curtain rid was loise and seemed ready to fall off. The showrer curtain wiuld slide to the middle causing a wet slippery floor. Carpets also smelled. The room when we entered smelled terrible. The noise in the hallway throughout the night was loud from other costumers. I found bugs in the morning, and the free breakfast the yogurt had mold in it and the lack variety of food was ridiculous.

Our stay. Meh!

Hotel is way run down, hallways dirty, kids running around being loud. There was no one at the desk for a good 5 minutes while there was a line for check ins. I checked in online and apparently they didn't get it. Room keys stopped working. Fitness center was supposed to be 24hrs and it was not, closed when I went to use it. Beds wrong size for bed frame which had things sticking out and my daughter cut herself on it. Noisy hallways!!!

VERY disappointing.

My room was dusty and the refrigerator and microwave were dirty with food residue. You must sit sideways on the toilet seat unless you close the door first. Their luggage carts were broken. The only working ice machine is on the first floor of the 5 floor hotel. Breakfast is a joke. stale bread or an english muffin, a dry danish or some dry cereal. No channel guide at all and the case on the tv remote was broken in half.
