signature inn was very pleasantly quiet, clean all amenities were there which were mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot with plenty of coffee packages with sugar and cream very easy set up of reservation and greeted pleasantly from the person who worked the desk. Thank you very much for a pleasant day and your kindness.

Fresh smelling and clean. New paint outside and tarred stripped parking lot. Bathroom was weird. Door hits toilet seat so you have to turn sideways, close door and sit down. Sink was wall to wall and an unnecessary artsy ramp sink that left no room for toiletries. Lock your car as neighborhood isn’t the best. Otherwise it was an excellent value for the money.

The property and staff were great, the rooms were very clean and updated recently. The neighborhood was definitely a bit sketchy and not a good place to be out alone alone after dark.

Motel clerk really stressed the fact that I was NOT to smoke in the room. But the room reaked of smoke and there were cigarette burns all over the beds. Linen was also dirty.

The hotel has definitely been renovated. Pros: no gross carpet, minimal furniture, quiet, very kind service people, cost. Cons: definitely needed more thorough cleaning (ie, hair in shower drain, stations from coffee spills on the walls and baseboards, finger prints on the door jambs). It was fine but not 8 out of 10 like so many are saying.
