The customer service at my PM check in was awful he simply told me I needed my charge card so that it could be ran so I could pay for the room, then handed me a small envelope with the room cards in it and that was it! The woman that was handling the desk on the day of my departure was not very nice either, I took my room cards to her and stated that I would like to check out she took my cards threw them in a wire basket and looked at me and said ok, I will get you checked out, I said thank you is there any way I could get a printed receipt she said NO one will be emailed to you, I still have not received a receipt from my stay! The room that we stayed in was ok clean but could have been better, I was not given a WiFi number/pin to use while I was there, My tv kept going out stating didn't have service was trying to find signal and then when it found a signal only a few stations worked. The Hot tub was not working it was Under cleaning maintenance , however, no-one worked on it the 3 days we were there, also I was told that I had a buffet breakfast included, but when I went to breakfast the first morning I was asked to pay and I stated no that breakfast was included with my online reservation the young lady said oh you reserved online well I don't have a sheet so I will let you go this time, the next morning I chose to go waffle house! The Lobby was beautiful I had no issues with any of the guest or any of the cleaning crew. Thank You
