All's well that ends well

The hotel was great! The only issue was, our ac wasn't working properly. We called the front desk know and they assured us that someone was coming to fix it. Unfortunately no one came. We then told the cleaning staff and we actually heard them pass the message on, and still no one came. When we checked out, I told the gentleman at the front desk. He deeply apologized, and properly compensated me. I would definitely go back.

Excellent stay. Room had a great city view and was large. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Unfortunately my husband & I were only there for one night because we were appointed a great room with an amazing view & a cozy king bed. The location is nice & within walking distance of many restaurants & shopping. We will return!
