We visited Eureka Springs with our daughters and their families and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is old so not fancy but our king room was spacious and bed comfy. Great location!

The location is everything if wanting to explore downtown. We enjoyed parking and not needing our car until we were ready to check out. Staff from our shuttle driver, front desk, and waitress were all excellent. This is obviously a historic hotel, if you are expecting modern luxuries this is not for you. There are thing's that could use some improvement and a deeper clean for sure. The water pressure leaves something to be desired for example. In the end it's all part of this hotels charm.

We appreciated the heritage and history of the hotel—there’s definitely charm to it. That said, the rooms could use an upgrade to meet modern standards, which can be done without losing the historic character. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the public areas are excellent.

Food is expensive and watch the automatic 18% gratuity on your food and bar tab😳 Wasn’t aware the first night and added an additional tip. Basin Hotel

When you pay upwards of $275 night one expects daily maid service. We were out and about from 9 am to 2 pm and came back and the bed wasn’t made. Trash basket full, used towels etc. when on vacation I don’t expect to have to make a bed and clean the room. Waited quite awhile for food at the balcony restaurant .One waiter for a lot of tables, and he kept apologizing for the late service.
