Comfortable stay

The hotel is located at the end of a busy street, about a 15-20 minute walk from the sea and the train and bus stations. The place was clean, and breakfast offered a variety of items. My room, number 1 on the first floor, had a private entrance and faced a street with a patio.

We loved the property because you felt at home and felt free to come and go. Our room was comfortable and spotless. This place is for people who do not need someone to "service them" as the staff is in only in the morning but is perfect for people who are busy exploring the city. The B and B is in the perfect spot to get around town quickly and you are out of the hustle and bustle. Would revisit!

Jenipher and her staff are so freindly,I must mention the lovely Matilda in paricular. This is a great place to stay, everything you need is free. Wi Fi, Netflix, Air con. Also as an added extra there are soft colored lights and music in the shower if you wish. This B&B is close to the old town, the main street and the harbour. It is a great little place .

The property is staffed by friendly, helpful people. It is a 2 min walk to the main promenade which is reserved for pedestrians and service vehicles. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pier for water trips to Capri and other places is a 15 min walk and there is a choice between an elevator or steps to reach the dock area level. The hotel offers a Continental breakfast 0730-1030. The hotel rooms are located on an access road which is noisy in the mornings and evenings. Our room had some mold on the shower door frame and exterior caulking. There was a mini bar with free water and a hot pot for tea. Overall, it was a good value.

Worked out Fine

Taken back upon arrival, thinking it did not measure up for value with the accommodation we had the previous day. It was compact, layout for breakfast offering was not as user friendly as we felt it could have been. All said it worked out to be quite convenient to the main squre etc. so overall it worked out just fine,

Terrible experience

The front foyer was very dirty with a blanket of dead mosquitoes on the floor. Our room had an infestation of mosquitoes. The B and B person sId they were aware and had done an intervention the previous day . She said they could not do much about it . We called Hotels.com and got moved to another hotel . The so called breakfast room was a mess and felt claustrophobic inside . Would not recommend this place to anyone

Beautiful stay at B&B Sorrento Queen

My husband and I had a wonderful time at B&B Sorrento Queen!! The room was in great condition, and we had access to a complimentary breakfast each morning. The location of the hotel is everything we could ask for - right down the road from all shopping and restaurants in Sorrento, and only a 15 min walk to a public beach. Staff was friendly and courteous throughout our whole visit!

The host was friendly and very accommodating and responsive. The location is convenient to most of Sorrento. Take note, not a 4 star hotel. There is need for repair with the rooms. But if you’re looking for affordable, and convenient this works. The breakfast was simple and the fresh squeezed orange juice was incredible!
