We had a good stay at the Triumph and got excellent help from the chief of concierge Mr.Khalaf to help locate our forgotten phone in a taxi, he was very efficient and also extremely prompt with the help needed. The only concern I had is that hotel charged me additional 90 USD for three nights upon check in stating that paid price via hotels.com application is applicable only for locals and residents only. I was not convinced as I booked many times throughout application and never faced this conflict before. My overall experience is good but I was fed up concerning extra charge.

Expedia! Are you for real!? How on earth is this a VIP access hotel? This hotel sucks by all means. Did u really visit this hotel before your decision to make it a VIP access hotel? Worn-out pillows, cheap 2 star bathroom amenities. Shower was broken, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom floor, shower area is sticky, hair on bed sheets, room is worn out. Even the gym doesn’t offer water or towels! This hotel is ridiculous! I had to flee and stay at a nearby marriot branded hotel with the same price that offered a real 5 star experience with a club lounge access and breakfast at the same price!
