Perfect for what we wanted. Minimalistic. Clean. Close to two train stations and other convenient shops. Great value for price.

Great location with easy check-in. Very clean and felt safe.
Kathleen, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Was perfect for 4 of us, very convenient and quiet. Only 1 down side the shower and kitchen area were low roofed for tall people.
SANDRA, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room is small but it is reasonably priced in great area that’s close to convenience stores and walkable to all the night life in shinjuku. Would stay again.
Ka Shun, 4-night trip

The location is pretty good, accommodation is fine for few days.
3-night trip

They may have been the best beds I have slept on in a while. Good location great for a short stay
geoff, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Easy to check in and out. Good location in Shinjuku. Small but clean rooms. No space for clothing and suitcases, but over all we were satisfied with the stay. Good living for the price we payed.
Sandra, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were super nice
Brynn, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The lobby is not as pictured in the listing so it made it a bit difficult to manage and there were a lot of moth flies in the room.
Kristina, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The lobby picture shown on the website is absolutely not true. You need to check in at one of the units of the hotel. Our first night was scary because a stranger came to our door, doorbells 4x and woke us up. We called the receptionist & responded quickly eventhough it was after 11pm. Our second night was ok. The hotel is a budget-friendly, close to train station, restaurants and store.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was tidy, service was good, staff was friendly, within quick walking distance from transportation, many areas to eat. Many little shops nearby.
Irinea, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Don't let the appearance of the outside fool you. The actual room was very nice and the area it was at was very convenient.
rose, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very convenient, not so spacious but perfect for basic needs. Would recommend.
Jesus, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Inbetween two train stations and 2 minute walk to the main street. Very quiet and safe area.
Carl, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

Convenient area for train station
masami, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

My fella and I felt like giants in the room. He’s six feet tall and I’m five nine. There was a loft in the room that we didn’t have access to according to notes saying that they’d know if the ladder was used and we’d be charged a bunch of money if it was found that we touched it. It was a full on key for the room door instead of a card that was fun at first but later became annoying because it’s pretty bulky. The part of town was a bit rundown. I was uncomfortable walking around alone at night. All that being said, it was cheap and close to two train stations which was great. However, in hindsight I think I would have been happier spending another $100+ staying somewhere I wasn’t constantly hitting my head on things and to have a bathroom that was big enough to pull my pants up in instead of having to open the door and step out into the room to do it. We got what we paid for and it was fine for the three nights we were there but I won’t be staying there the next time I’m in Tokyo.
Tannya, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent
Lance, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Everything worked fine, polite staff, super close to train station. Only minus they require a deposit or passport for safety reasons and I don’t this happening from A while, I guess they got bad experiences in the past
filippo, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Pretty nice and convenient place! Located near the JR lines so it wasn’t too far of a walk.
Malena, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great stay for the price. Perfect location. The only con is the smell of the room, smelled like sewer all the time.
Risa, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Tiny but central

Great location but cramped and this is probably the dirtiest street I encountered while in Tokyo
Esther, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good accommodations, room is a decent size and has a small fridge and washing machine. Check in desk is not at this location but about a 1 minute walk. Only complaint was the people in the room above us were stomping around very late at night/early in the morning and couldn’t sleep while this was going on. The hotel itself and staff are good though.
