"The breakfast was awesome. Very tasty dishes every single day and the buffet items were different each time. I never experienced this at the Wyndhams in the USA. I was impressed. It was nice to experience a traditional Costa Rican breakfast. The staff was always friendly and polite. My bed was big and comfy. My only disappointment was everything on the TV was in Spanish with no English subtitles."
"Listen the Hyatt Centric Escazu is the best place to stay and if you have never stayed at this hotel before I would encourage you to go and stay. From the time you walk in through the front door to the time you walk out the front doors from your stay it’s just amazing from beginning to end. I can’t thank everyone there enough for all of their hard work and their hospitality and just sheer great great service. If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit, I would definitely recommend that you do."
"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool.
The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy.
