"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "
"The room was clean, there was a beach view although people walk by your window. The access to the beach was amazing!! The property was clean and inviting. We will definitely be coming back to Mana Kai"
"Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The amenities and service for the price point were outstanding. Every service member we encountered was helpful, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. The staff was always very accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the view from the pool was great. Wonderful location, both in Kihei and also on the island as you have easy access to the north, east or west of the island. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and has two grocery stores within walking distance. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I return."
