"Poor communication to get access to the building containing the rooms which is separate to the best western hotel which is just down the road. Once in the room it was modern and comfortable with large comfy bed and good facilities. Not close to any restaurants except very expensive one in hotel. Overall a good stay"

When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. "From arrival to leaving we had a perfect stay. Secure car park was great, friendly receptionist and easy check in. Hotel room was just the right size for our short stay. Good size bathroom with excellent shower booth. Good lighting and seating."
