"Well we were disappointed in the room, they are very old and I could smell cigarette smoke infused in the rooms. However the staff was amazing and we got a complimentary breakfast which was beyond amazing. I think I have a very sensitive smell as I suffer from migraines, the place is old and I don’t love the carpets (prefer regular floors in hotels) but the staff and breakfast made up for it. Was very impressed and it ended up being an excellent overall experience. I’m thankful for good customer service, that goes a long way."

"Please be very very careful which room you book. The first room they put me in was absolutely gross and unkept. It looked like the room was not cleaned for a very long time. There was an awful smell like mold. Please be careful. They eventually moved me. I had a diamond ring go missing with the move. I left it on the kitchen sink as I took it off to wash my hands in the old room. The ring was valuable. The staff were not helpful and did not return my calls. I asked to go look in the old room and they said no. They said they would have an answer for me at check out (11 am) today however when I went to check out they said they have not followed up yet. They promised me they would call me today and I am still yet to receive a call on where my ring went. I can only assume a staff took the ring as they were the only ones that had access. The room was not booked after me. I will never stay here again and I would truly caution people on staying here. I have enclosed photos of the first room they put me in. To mention as soon as my daughter went into the room she had an allergic reaction and started getting hives. "

"The hotel was great! Water pressure was quite weak, but the hotel was under construction so that may be why. The Italian restaurant that is part of the hotel is absolutely amazing; delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Hotel was quiet, and I appreciated being able to cast shows/movies from my phone to the TV."
