"I honestly do not have ANY complaints about this resort. The Staff were super nice and always greeting you asking if you need anything. I can’t think of anything negative. Buffet food and drinks were good. The coffee was amazing. I will definitely return. "

We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. We could see the ocean from the balcony. We also overlooked the pool, so the room was nice.
They have showers in the lobby but nobody told us. That should be the first thing they say when you have to wait after traveling all day.
There were ice machines all throughout, though sometimes they were out of ice. But we walked down one flight and got it.
If I could make any improvement, I would add water fill up stations around, and a free cup to each guest. We had to get water bottles all the time, then throw them out. The cups at the bar were also disposed. Having the option of less plastic waste would be a good improvement.
