"Very friendly staff and incredibly accommodating after our flight was cancelled they went above and beyond to arrange a room for another night.
The reception staff were very knowledgeable and informed us of a road closure for the next day so we were able to adjust our trip in advance and reduce stress.
They didn’t have to do this but made us feel very welcome and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! "

"Fantastic location just outside of Vic. Easy and close access to the black sand beach. Beautiful, super modern, large, very well appointed suites. Short walk to the bar in the main building. I wish there was a restaurant at the main building, but overall still a great place to stay."
