"Very nice hotel in downtown Zermatt. They came to pick us up @ the train station which was nice. Early check in and helpful with dinner reservations. Room is small but cozy and efficient. Everything you need. Downstairs is very Swiss. The spa is a great extra bonus. "

"We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "
