"Staff at the restaurant, especially the ladies at the restaurant reception rejected to serve us food at 9:00 pm when the restaurant says is open until 10 pm. the basically shut the lights off until i went to complain to the from desk. when you are paying Almost $1500 usd a night for an all inclusive package you don’t expect this treatment "

"The hotel is beautiful and every room is a beach view room, which is amazing. It's a fairly new property so everything is pristine. The on site restaurants were great, the decor is gorgeous and it's very walkable to cafes and shops. 10/10 I will absolutely stay there again. "

"STAFF AT DOVER BEACH ARE WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMODATING. HOTEL IN GENERAL IS A LITTLE DATED BUT FUNCTIONAL SEEING AS YOU'RE SPENDING MOST OF YOUR TIME ON THE BEACH OR IN THE WATER OR TOURING THIS BEAUTIFUL AND EXTREMELY SAFE ISLAND. KITCHEN LACKED A FEW KEY UTENSILS, DISHES, ETC. ONE NEGATIVE ONLY IS THE PETTY CHARGE OF $3.OO U.S./NIGHT FOR THE SAFE KEY. RESTAURANT FOOD IS EXCELLENT BUT SUPERB OPTIONS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL."

The surrounding area is vibrant and full of great restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There’s also a nearby bus service, making it simple to explore the island without any hassle.
