The bed is firm, there are two separate closets with ample hangers and drawer space, the bathroom is very nice with a rain shower. "Nice hotel, great staff, food a bit average but huge selection. Nice location. Had a swim up room, very nice. Evening entertainment was ok Queen tribute band excellent though.
Too many trees, extra to use the room safe but on the whole good hotel. Might well return."

The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible.
But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all."

"The location was good. Walkable to Nieves where there’s a selection of shops ( need to buy water) or ferries to Tenerife.
Parking on the roads nearby, no difficulties with that. Nice pool and adequate gym.
