Beautiful property, great staff , free coffee and wine at all times. My only comment is the room size and bathroom. We were at room 105 ( with the balcony and the bathroom was not comfortable at all .

The hotel is located at the heard of Jaffa flea market, the hottest most hipster area of tel aviv. The hotel atmosphere and design are very Jaffa-y (I was living in Jaffa for 8 years) and give you a very authentic experience of the area.

Great hotel. Staff incredible, location fantastic. A bit loud in the morning due to garbage trucks at 7 am, but otherwise very quiet in the rooms. Gym small but adequate for a boutique hotel. No breakfast, but vouchers for local restaurants provided good variety and very good breakfast. Near so much - would stay again.

Probably the best stay in Israel! It is not a hotel but a private house. The host is a perfect communicator, and charming. The property is super clean, with a lot of fresh air. It was a very nice but short stay on our travel to Beersheba. It is relatively close to the airport.

Drove in by car from Amman for the weekend. Very modern and stylish hotel,very conveniently located in the middle of everything. Friendly and helpful staff (call her Goldie), nice breakfast buffet with lots of local specialities. Rooms modern and comfy, but on the small side. Important when you travel by car to Tel Aviv, as parking is extremely rare: free parking space available in garage under the hotel, but steep and curling access, not made for SUVs or big cars. Would I recommend? YES.

The hotel is very good and new and well located if you want to be in Modiin. The staff are helpful and I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. On the downside it is far too expensive for what it is - a nice midrange hotel in Modiin rather than a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. It also feels a bit cheaply built (e.g. signs falling off the walls) but as it's new that is not an issue at present. Showed up after a total reservation mess (my original hotel was closed for renovation) and the team here made it right from the first minute. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating, and every request I made got handled perfectly, always with a smile 😊 Breakfast is EVERYTHING.
