"The staff wasvery very friendly they were very patient for such a young aged crew!! The valet was excellent given all the caos for parking in that area. It was close to everythng there is too san diego if you like to party this hotel is in the perfect spot !! Old looking but very sheek ! Excellent for non partiers as well as it is walking distance to broadway area !!!"
"Check in was so easy and friendly, Celia at the desk was amazing! The room was a typical hotel room but the view was incredible! I noted a couple of holes in the sheet but they were from age/use, and still very tiny. I'm sure they will be replaced soon because everything else seemed to be kept updated. Parking is a little tight, especially if you have disabled plates/placards, but once you're parked, there are many options for transportation around the area. We did not use the wifi, and we would have appreciated a microwave in the room. Overall it was a very nice stay! "

"Great place to stay. Check in was suppose to be 2pm we arrived a little earlier and the manager was kind enough to let us check in early. Although you have to pay for the breakfast in the morning was kind of a bummer. But overall stay and experience was great! "
"The room was small but it had everything you needed. The way it was laid out with hidden storage was thoughtful. I also enjoyed reading the copy on the shampoo and soap bottles etc. Would definitely stay again and will be checking out other CitizenM hotels too!"
