"Nice place overall but no desk, and the pool was not well taken care of, and the jacuzzi was cold on purpose according to the Hotel staff. They would not warm the jacuzzi up."

"I checked in early and expected an early check in fee. It’s was 49$ . Then informed receptionist that we were leaving before breakfast the next day. I asked if I could enjoy the breakfast the day i checked in instead of check out day. Was told no. Breakfast cost us over $40. So we between the early fee and breakfast it doubled the cost of room . I understand policies but staff was pretty rigid and not trying to accommodate. In the room: it was clean. Showers fantastic! Terrible A/C, stuffy room. Beds were uncomfortable. We traveling to PC quite a bit and this hotel is off our short list for choices."

"I had 3 issues with this hotel check in was for 3pm i didn’t check in till 6 almost 7pm at check in they don’t tell u the snack bar in the rooms are NOT complementary u will have to pay per item at check out but overall the hotel was nice very clean and in the perfect location 5-7 mins away from everything "
