"I had a very wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and bar was beautiful. There’s so much to do here, I’d highly recommend a massage. "
"If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained.
If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "
"The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was clean and the staff at the pool bar were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is not buffet but there are enough options to choose from an a-la-carte menu. The resort is very well located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the ferry terminal. "
"I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the staff is super nice and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and restful. Much appreciation to all the people who make this place so great🙏🌞 The food was also delicious. "
