"Our room with a spectacular view was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed, and was kept very clean and tidy. Hotel breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. Some staff were also particularly warm, friendly and informative - I was very impressed with Jhon, who led a fun and interactive "pisco experience" for a diverse group, and provided excellent and courteous service to all who came through the lobby cafe/bar. "
