"The resort is absolutely awesome. Its like escaping into a Amazon forest. The staff were incredible. Everything is super clean. The service is fast. Our safe stopped working and guy was there in 5 minutes to fix. The food was unbelievable, especially the buffet. Most buffet food is like "fast food". Not here!! Wish i had the shrimp recipe!!. Choices were extensive. The "chefs choice" night dinner was also excellent!!! I really cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!! Especially to adults looking for a great place with no kids!!! But it is not a "high octane" place. If you are looking for loud music, too many people are non-stop activity all around you, go someplace else. "

"Jaden #9, front desk check in was amazing! The check in and check out line was crazy long st the hotel! He got the line going, checking people in and out efficiently! He saw me limping and walking slow, so he moved my room to building one, so I can access the pool next to the reception and dinning room to my comfort! I just had hi surgery five to six months ago and was struggling walking around the resort"

"Great resort. Everything is impeccable. The only thing is the beach is man made so if you’re looking for an amazing beach experience you won’t find it there. Regardless of that I’d 100% recommend this resort. My kids had a blast!"

"Our refrigerator wasn't working for the first night and the A/C as well . And the room had a little odor in it. And the small towels it took them about 3 day's to give us the small towels. So i don't know if i would stay at this resort again. Yes its nice . Just the experience we had "
