"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop

"The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage."

"Rooms are much larger than almost all the hotels we've stayed in Padang city in the same price range. The hotel building is really large and bright.The breakfast selection is good overall. Location is strategic to the places we frequent including the waterfront, Transmart, etc. The downside is the pillows and linens like towels are pathetically old. They should have been replaced years ago. The key cards did not work with the lifts so caused lots of downtime till the hotel decided to disable...

and it was so nice after traveling all the way from California. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. We also had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it too was excellent. One special note, our server named "Ambar" was so friendly and gave us excellent service! We will definitely stay at the Radisson again."
