"The description was very accurate. We knew going in we would be in the Annex building, up 3 flights of stairs, with no elevator. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Very close to St. Mark's Square. Rooms small, but expected that in Venice. Was clean, charming and appreciated the 2 bottles of complimentary water in the fridge. "
