"Great facilities and excellent customer services. Well located, chilled ambiance, very welcoming. We had some issues with the bed being on hard side our usual comfort sleep but staff were propmpt in providing a mattress topping. The only negative aspect was parking charges being quite steep. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. I liked that the parking was safe (gate keeped and underground) and also that there was real AC. The only downside is that the hotel is 20 minutes away from the old town, very easy for adults, not as much for elders and young kids. The walk is still very nice!"

"Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with good a/c and roomy shower. Nice to have water in the room replenished daily, but there is no fridge. Breakfast good, with hot options to order. Only downside is the somewhat run-down area immediately around the hotel. There are no local restaurants and bars. The uphill walk home from downtown or the Old Town at night can be daunting. But overall a lovely hotel and good value."
