"Staff was very welcoming and graciously held our luggage and then transferred it to our room, as we arrived before check-in time. Room was immaculate and quiet even though we were next to the elevator. The only thing i would change was the room temp - it was fridgid, i think due to the registerlocation in the bedroom, even though we turned the temp up as much as allowed."
