"Wonderful position to the local surrounds to get around on foot and room was clean and comfortable. Service staff friendly and a muddle up on arrival however being given somebody else's room keys at check in. I soon realised and reception reversed the charges that were made for this room as we had already paid ours. Would stay again."

The hotel location is 10mins walk to main city area such as Bourke St Mall or walk 3mins to free city tram stop / Flinders Station and similar amount of time to the main city area which we used most of the time. It’s a quiet location no disturbance...
