"The hotel is wonderfully located, if you are not going to get a car, then it is great. Millenium Park and the Míchigan Avenue, all very close, great restaurants, as well as the hotel’s resraurant (Ventaux) great for breakfast. We get our upgrade for the room. Great place to stay."

"Lobby is super small, elevators are small and sometimes slow, and valet is slow, especially considering it’s $72. BUT, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was really friendly, and the location can’t be beat!! Absolutely would stay here again!"

. The rooms were spacious. The location is great-- next to the lake, bars, restaurants, and shopping.
The bathroom could have used a better cleaning (especially the tub). Also, there were a couple random charges on my card by the hotel that I can't account for. I plan to call them when I return home to ask for an explanation.
Parking is expensive at $72/day, but that is comparable to other hotel...
