"Where do I begin,
The host Keta, by far goes above and beyond, with everything, sent train times, local restaurants and ice cream stores for every town in Cinque Terre. Her response time for everything is seconds not minutes, polite, knowledgeable and her rooms are so clean and beautiful, the train station is 3 minutes on foot so convenient, please do not over look this gem of a place. "
"Very nice place plus it is very well located (near shops, grocery sorte and la Spezia Centrale). The owners were very kind, helpful and fast when I had questions. "
"Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby. "
"The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."
