"It was the best service . From check in the general manager Rana was elegant and very kind. Then I went to my room and wax greeted by Lakshmi who went beyond and above in caring for me. She made sure I felt safe and comfortable and was present ea h and every day. Her cleaning team was fabulous- my room impeccable every evening when I came back. The food at breakfast was great . It’s really the staff they make this hotel so amazing. They look after your every need . "

"The hotel is conveniently located in CP. My kids enjoyed the pool and steam room, both in well maintained condition. Dinner buffet was nothing like a 5 star hotel and was average at beat. Nothing stood out in breakfast buffet either. However, very kids friendly and overall good experience."

"At this property, the staff treated you like you were royalty. They were so kind and so wonderful from the man cleaning my room to the front desk to the servers. The room was clean. The pool was nice. The food was excellent. The massage treatments were fantastic. All in all we think this is an excellent properly. We would highly recommend it if you’re coming to Delhi and want to be treated well and staying a nice place with fantastic amenities."

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the Oberoi made it so special- greeting us with a bouquet of 18 red roses, sending a delicious chocolate cake - and then when we returned to our room that evening, we walked into a bathtub filled with rose petals, and petals, candles and more flowers. The food was exquisite, the service over-and-above what we could expect. The hotel made us feel like royalty. "
