"Check in took over an hour. We were 6 couples and booked 6 rooms and they tried to put us 2 couples to a room and they tried to overcharge us. We asked for 2nd keys to our rooms and couldn’t get them. Air only stays on with a key. There was 2 elevators but one was closed off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good size and clean. View was awesome-

She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the treatment overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place"
