"The hotel is fine, rooms are like 80s old, with expensive restaurants... bit odd
The only issue i really had was the train station(s) are a nightmare"
"The hotel was outstanding with the train station within a 5 minute walk. Family Mart/7 Eleven just across the street. So many dining options in the area."
"Excellent staff services and cleanliness. The only issue with s the convenience of public transportation, but they provide shuttle bus services which are helpful to mitigate. Thank you for all great staff as they are professional with smile and speak English well."
"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room. "
"Clean room and spacious rooms for 2. Front desk is amazing and the connection to shopping, dining and transit is convient in a very busy commuter area. "
