"Everything fine - the staff is friendly and fast.
Rooms are super comfy, more than enough space, big bathrooms.
Only negative was that when I entered the room it was smelling out of the sink and the whole room was smelling. They „repaired“ that directly after my complaining.
Breakfast was really nice! "

"The service was very helpful. The view of the Rhine and the sauna are a bonus. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was that the coffee machine in the lobby either wasn't open or working most of my stay."

"Great location, a few blocks away from the Cathedral and the train station. A lot of restaurants and bar near by. The room and bathroom were big enough and spotless clean.

"What a beautiful hotel, and how beautiful is Düsseldorf😍. The hotel was easy to find, car park is next to it, our room was wonderful, and all of the staff were so kind and polite.
Düsseldorf really does show off a rich German history, beautiful buildings, and such a vibrant night light life. I'm told over 300 bars😲

"We had a very pleasent stay. The waterfontaine was pretty, but also noisy (from app.10 AM until 9 PM) when we opened our window. Good A/C Very good breakfast and overall very friendly staff (cleaning, doormen, breakfast etc.) We would gladly come back another time"
