The hotel has a fantastic (fine dining) restaurant but unfortunately does not have a bar area for guests to relax and enjoy a drink without sitting in the formal dining area.

Room was comfortable. Supposedly an upgrade from what I booked but I would have preferred not to be located on the first floor. The view would have been spectacular higher up had we not looked out onto the concrete roof of the lobby.
Slightly dated furnishings and lumpy pillows for a 5* hotel!
There is a health suite and pool but we didn't get chance to visit due to lack of time.
Would stay again."

"The Bachleda is located in a quiet residential area approx. a 15-minute walk to the Old Town or Wawel Hill.
It is an opulent, stylish and extremely comfortable hotel which is superbly well managed.
The staff (many of whom are relatively "young") are polite, friendly, smartly dressed, energetic and provide a faultless unobtrusive service.

Good sized rooms and very well decorated.
We traveled with our 2 year old son, and they provided a crib for him which was already in the room on arrival (not always the case in other hotels). They even provided toiletries for kids and extra towels.
Housekeeping did a great job.

"A great hotel in a great location, right on the main square. Walking distance to all main sights, restaurants etc. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was a little limited for a hotel pitching at this level but the ala carte menu and staff flexibility to make changes was good. "

"The deluxe double room we had was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had that boutique feel.
Breakfast was also plentiful and well laid out.
As for location, a 3 min walk is all it took to be in the center of the old town."

Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet.
