"The staffs are friendly. Hotel location is superb, subway station entrance right in front of hotel. Namba is prime location for travelling around osaka city. Room is small but good enough for us. Refresher spray is provided and got the air ionizer in the room. "

I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking.
