Unfortunately, we were kept awake each night by noisy renters in the villa next to us who drank and sang into the wee hours of the morning. Beautiful view. No beach. Property management company never sent the code for the lockbox, and though I was able to get it via Expedia, we never did receive directions to the property and thus had to find it ourselves!!"

"Had a great couple night stay. So close to great options of coffee shops, restaurants and Old San Juan. Douglas from the hotel was very helpful with knowledgeable information about the island if ever need. "

"Daniel is the BEST! He helped me withe everything from my pet, to mocinf ro another hotel- and gwtting a room aftwe my flight was cancelled and i had aleeady checked out! The whole staff was super helpful and really added to the ambiance. Will definitelybe staying again! Jope the heater is fixed i the pool next time. "

"At the heart of San Juan. My kids loved the pigeon park that is just few minutes walking distance away. Lots of great food near the hotel. We stayed during a weekend, the area can be a bit noisy after midnight, I was woken up 2am by groups of people shouting in the hall way. Regardless, the hotel is a wonderful."

"Daniel showed up here too! He was super helpful getting me checked in early due to my pet situation. The other staff were very friendly and made it feel like family. Room had great natural light but the street is a bit busy outside. Wish the bar was actually open. "
