"Front desk person, Skye, was very good at her job, welcoming, very informative, AND friendly.
Room was comfortable, fridge microwave tv shower and heater worked well. King bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Blanket felt very lightweight tho, so we added one of our own. Appreciated the page of Show Low and café/motel history. (Look for the rare photo of boxer Mohammed Ali!) Enjoyed dinner and the included breakfast at the Show Low Café. The staff were welcoming and great. Our room was very clean, but our concern was the pigeon poop/feathers which was outside our ground floor room (204?), and obviously had been often tracked into our room (some old staining at the entrance). The pigeons' habitual placement of a nest-- Skye said they've been working on that issue for a long while. A daily or more often check of that small outside area then, right where tired guests must walk, would help. We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn Show Low, appreciated Skye"s friendliness, and would stay here again. (Must visit if heading East toward Socorro, NM: Pie Town, and then the VLA-- Very Large Array!)"
