It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they went above and beyond by beautifully decorating the room for him (upon request) and even majorly upgraded our room. We were provided amazing recommendations, the staff all felt like they really knew us and wanted us to have the best experience. The roof pool area is absolutely beautiful. "Mood Matuna was more than I could have asked for! They presented me with a bottle of champagne upon my arrival for my birthday which happened to be the 492 birthday for Cartagena as well! Sara, Natalia, Dylan, Bralan, & Luis were so accommodating and very sweet, genuine staff that helped me navigate the city. The hotel is perfectly centered by the park & 5 minute walking distances to everywhere you need to go! I will definitely be back! "

It would have been good to have the option of pool towels as otherwise you have to use the ones from your room. We didn’t take up the option of the buffet breakfast as we felt 16 dollars per person was a little expensive and there was no children’s discount, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. "
