We loved this hotel so much! Its so quirky and rich in history with all the memorabilia. So much to look at! The staff were awesome and the continental breakfast perfect start to the day. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others heading to fabulous little Oamaru!

A fabulous stay at Poshtel. I had an upstairs room (polo theme) which was so comfortable and quiet. The staff were amazing & the free breakfast was substantial and good quality. Nice extra touches like the pillow sleep spray. I will definitely stay here a 3rd time.

Great one night stay at a quiet and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is delicious and lots of fresh fruit, dairy, breads, and cereal. Super convenient to the Victorian district and the harbor. Very cute town - would stay again! Bed is a little soft - only minor negative.

Great hotel in the middle of town. We could sort out quite a few things before our flight. The lady at the reception was very kind and told us about the Penguin colony. The penguins wait for it to become dark before they come to the shore. We also got a good recommendation for a restaurant close to the penguin colony.
