My most favorite condo stay! Easy to find, great location--right next door to Automercado. Spacious, unique layout, comfortable, modern furniture. Comfortable bed and many amenities. It is Quiet! Also completely private with a view of trees and mountains. I plan to stay here again and again for my monthly visits to SJ. Excellent host.

Really Nice Spot

This was a one night stay before our flight and it was really nice. It's an apartment building, not an actual hotel so there were I feel more amenities. They had a gym, pool, hot tub, meeting hub, dog park, etc plus it was also walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great and plenty of hot water. It was very convenient that there was a washer/dryer in the place and I also liked that it was gated with a security guard. I definitely recommend this spot if you want to be close to the airport or just in the main downtown area.

Sorry but only having 2 towels no hand clothes, one set of lines for a week stay was sad. I had to buy items to fit our needs. No hair dryer. Needs another air unit or a new one. This location is many hours from Jaco beach with bad traffic. Very Safe place with lots of options of dining/walmart. Arenal is many hours away. I would not stay here again, because I like adventure. The missing items were purchased. Happy 2025

Tercera vez que me hospedo en estos apartamentos. De hecho, tercer apartamento distinto. En general muy conforme con el apartamento y sus servicios. Las almohadas y sábanas me gustaron, no tanto el colchón, demasiado suave para mi gusto. Incluye implementos de cocina y cocina completa, lavadora y secadora. El complejo cuenta con piscina y gimnasio. Volveré seguramente en más de una ocasión.

Overall, the condition of the property is fine. However, they will need to do better on the check in process. I arrived during their off hour (after 8:00 p.m.), no one was picking up the phone when I called, the door man did not speak any English and he will not let me in. It took around one hour for me to get a hold of someone who can speak English on the phone. Caution to travelers, you will need to know some basic English to live in this place, since there's only one girl who can speak English in the property office there.
