We have an oceanview room which was worth the upgrade... The room was small and basic, but overall a great value for the money. The location was wonderful, breakfast was meager, make your own eggs and white toast.

Occupies the entire third floor of the building, with the entrance on the side not facing the ocean, and has some parking underneath.
