You rented me a room, knowing I was disabled, w/ a bed up a spiral staircase....which I had no way to access. Requiring me to sleep on a wooden floor for $230.00 . After my stay you told me, I could assemble a couch - in the middle of the night w/ directions that didn't exist. Plus, the heat did NOT work. No matter if there were heater directions on the wall or not. The heat only was for the upstairs loft - which I could not access because as you were advised - I am disabled. There are Federal Laws ensuring a vendor does not discriminate against the disabled as your company did to me. The only feedback you'll get from me is a less than zero plus you discriminate against the disabled. This was one of my most expensive, failures in a stay anywhere. Most vendors know not to discriminate against a Protected Class of American citizens. I would NEVER, EVER recommend you place to any one. I'm considering filing a Federal Complaint of Discrimination against your company. This was the ultimate in bad service to force me to pay to sleep on your wooden floor! I paid to sleep in a bed which was inaccessible to me.
