Very peaceful place. Location is central with entrance to the market, close to everything, metro right at the door. Spacious rooms. Staff is courteous. Bed is super comfortable. All amenities are included, even washing machine in the room - very practical.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Location, staff, lobby, amenities, room size and comfort, cleanliness and quiet. The only thing that could be improved on would be the addition of a recycle bin in the room. We tried our best to keep items separated though! Also the walls could use a little touch up - previous guests seem to not be very careful when using the kettle (running the spout along the wall) and sliding or banging suitcases against the walls. Little picky things! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again. It was fabulous!

This was a nice hotel literally right beside the Nishiki Market area. LOTS of shopping and food options right outside the hotel's front door. The place is immaculately clean and the rooms very clean. Overall enjoyed our stay. Nothing made it outstanding or special but it was satisfactory.

I’ve booked rooms at this hotel ever since they opened this location and have always enjoyed my stay. The location is so convenient (just outside of Kawaramachi station exit 9) and the staff are always very helpful. I will continue to stay here each time I visit Kyoto!

I especially appreciated the free espresso in the lobby and the in-room laundry facilities. They also offered complimentary wine and sake, which was a lovely touch. It was great to have access to essentials like toothbrushes, razors, and more in the lobby 24/7. Highly recommended!

We loved how this hotel is perfectly located near Nishiki Market and the train stations. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the hotel amenities are nice. My husband absolutely loved the comfortable leather slippers in the room he wanted to know where to buy it. We'd definitely book again in this hotel if we go back to Kyoto :)

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's modern and clean. Loved having access to drinks on entry level floor. The room was pretty large and spacious. And the location was the best. We sent our luggage earlier from Osaka, and it was already in our room when we checked in that evening. Highly recommend this hotel.
