Incredibly great value on the oceans' edge, near Newport and Nye Beach. Great outdoor area with fire pit and bbq. Private steps to a beautiful beach with very few people. Quiet. Well appointed, comfy bed, great wifi and tv options. Super clean and quiet. Great views. Lovely caretakers. Best deal to stay at the coast!

This was a great place right in the ocean. Friendly staff with easy check in and out. The room was a bit outdated and worn but very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that WiFi never worked. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend.

This place is perfect for those who love the ocean and being able to have private access to the beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. We got a room with a private patio and we just loved it. I was sad to leave but marked this place down as a must stay next time we are anywhere near it!
