Towels are gray not white. Shower head is so full of water scaling it does not rotate. Head is on powerful jet spray. Water leaks out back of tub. Smoke alarm missing from wall.

Poor quality at the quality inn.

The room smelled moldy and like stale soccer cleats. It was very humid and the sheets felt damp. The day after I left my allergies really flared up which I attribute to the mold. We didn’t notice until the second day that the carpet was damp around the window air conditioner. The bathtub faucet was coming away from the wall. I ask to move rooms or at the very least get a dehumidifier for the room in the morning after the first night but wasn’t able to do either.

There was construction ladders located in the pool area just laying out. Very dangerous. Pool door was propped open by a cone. Ventilation within pool area provided raw sewage smell that made it unbearable to sit in. Bathroom floor within the room was coming up. Soap dispenser was missing from shower. Stains on shower curtains. Stains on window curtains.

Our room (137) we were unable to close the bathroom door. I pushed hard and got it to move some put it was scratching the floor so stopped. Clearly no one has closed it recently. Reported to front desk staff. There had been some “rough” repairs/patches to the bathroom wall but needs to be finished in a professional and complete manner.

We felt very safe in the location. It was pretty clean over all but the shower was covered in calcium buildup. The bed was not soft. The rooms do not have any usb plugs

Sadly this was a disappointment- pool was out of service , motel was old and somewhat dirty, Only bathroom in room- light was out- i had to take a shower in the dark- hair dryer smelled as if it was about to catch on fire
