We booked a luxury sea view room. Please don't bother booking luxury, we never got it. We were put into an economy room on arrival. After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. So my advice is to book sea view, and don't bother paying for luxury.
That said, I liked this hotel. The pool was fantastic. The beach was great. The entertainment kept us amused when we were around for the evening.
From read reviews by others, I was a bit worried about the food situation. But there was no need to worry. There was plenty on offer, and all was very nice. If you're a picky eater, then you might struggle, but we were fine and had more than enough.
Although it's not really advertised, they do have a small fitness room that has a treadmill, rowing machine, and a couple of other things to use.
You have to put a sign up on your door if you want your room cleaned, and if you do that, they do a good job. I think the complaints of rooms not being cleaned are from people who didn't realise they needed to put the sign on the door each time they wanted the room cleaned.
Would I come back here? Probably not, but more to do with location than the hotel itself. We enjoyed our holiday and made the most of the location this time, but I would book in Kemer itself next time definitely.
