No blanket on bed, no trash can , door and frame had been scratched down to raw wood by previous visitor’s dog, no smoke alarm on ceiling bracket, was given a key card to room that was already occupied ( door locked from inside even though lock flashed green when tapped). Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will not be returning.

Next door neighbor played louder music until at 1am I pounded on the wall and all they did was pound back and make the music louder. They also yelled and ssscreamed

We had bed bugs in our bed and the room seemed as if it had not been cleaned since the last guests left. It was very dirty all over. On the other hand the receptionist was very friendly and offered a partial refund when we complained.
