First impression was not very good since we arrived late and got the wrong room whitout air-con. We called them and they told us there has been a double booking but It would have been nice if they told us this in advance. We got our money back for the difference in price and we could change rooms the day after. The staff was also really helpful with showing us the bus stop etc.
